Ingredients based on 500 g of chicken
Kantong sweet & sour with pineapple (515g)
1 large brown onion finely diced
half a breakfast bowl of broccoli flower tops
half a breakfast bowl of cauliflower tops
big handful of baby spinach
big slurp of cooking oil
Place cooking oil & onion in a large pan, stir until soft
Add the spinach then the chicken until cooked
Careful not to over cook & not to catch, use a bit of extra oil
Meantime put broccoli & cauliflower flowerettes in a microwave bowl with a bit of water, cover & cook until soft
Add the broccoli & cauliflower to the pan, plus Kantong sweet and sour sauce
Stir frequently until combined & cooked through
You can also serve with Rice
