brakes release or if rolling advance throttles to +40%
no flags, airspeed alive both sides
60kts arm TOGA & do N1 checks
80kts alive & cross checked
V1 (140kts) remove hand from throttles to stick
VR (145kts) & 8*10deg on F/D initially for 3secs, then 5-17 deg on F/D
V2  (150/5kts & Positive Rate of Climb call for Gear Up
V2+20 say 165/170kts
400′  arm LNAV/VNAV,  flaps up a notch
500′  arm auto pilot, coms call, flaps up a notch
1000′  flaps fully raised   210 – 220kts to FL050
check HDG/FMC & assigned ALT
after TKOF checks
220kts to FL050
250kts to FL100
